HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
- For all orders over £100 excl-VAT (£120) – it’s FREE!
- For all orders less than £100 excl-VAT (£120) standard UK Next Day Delivery is just £9.54 (£7.95 ex-VAT)
For all orders placed before 3pm, we aim to despatch your goods the same working day on a UK Next Working Day Delivery service, depending on stock availability. On the rare occasion that we do not have one of the products in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
For all orders placed after 3pm, we will aim to despatch your order the following working day.
Offer applies to UK Mainland address only – remote areas of the UK such as the Scottish Highlands may be excluded from this offer or may require additional delivery time. Please contact us before placing your order.
WHAT IS UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
UK Next Day Delivery applies to all orders placed before 3pm being delivered to Mainland UK*. Orders placed after 3pm will be despatched the following working day – for instance;
- If you place your order on a Monday-Thursday before 3pm you will receive it the next day
- If you place your order on a Friday before 3pm you will receive it on Monday
- If you place your order on a Friday after 3pm you will receive it on Tuesday
Delivery times can vary and can be delivered at any time between 7am-9pm, unless you have specified a premium service (see ‘deliveries before 10am’).
Please note that we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and so any orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on Monday.
Please note that we do not deliver on bank holidays.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERIES BEFORE 10AM?
In addition to our standard Next Day Delivery service to all UK Mainland addresses, we can also offer the following at additional costs;
- Next Day Delivery before 12 noon for £17.40 (£14.50 ex-VAT)
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
If your order is sent using a trackable delivery service, we will notify you of this along with your Dispatch Confirmation.
WILL YOU DELIVER TO MY PLACE OF WORK?
We understand many of our trade customers may be working ‘on site’, which is why we offer delivery to your place of work – including building sites. However you must be confident that someone will be there to take receipt of the goods, and can be trusted to forward them onto you, as the courier will deliver to a place, not the person. We recommend you inform us of your personal contact details, such as a mobile phone number, which our courier can contact you.
If you are unsure about any of the above, we recommend that your goods are delivered to your permanent residential address. Unfortunately we can only send your goods to the address specified on your order, and we cannot be held responsible for delays due to provided information being incorrect.
WHAT IS NON-UK MAINLAND DELIVERY?
For orders in remote areas and those outside of the UK Mainland eg) Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isles etc delivery times may vary. Please contact us for more details before placing your order.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT IN WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
All of our standard deliveries require a signature upon delivery, so please make sure somebody is available on the day of your delivery. If however, you are out when our courier tries to deliver, all items will automatically be attempted to be re-delivered to the same address unless otherwise stated between yourself and the courier. Upon failure of a second attempted delivery, our courier will return the parcel to us, in which case, please contact us to re-arrange delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of any further attempts at delivery.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM IS NOT IN STOCK?
On the rare occasion that we do not have one of the products in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with the option to hold your order back until we can send it out as a complete order, or if you would prefer not to wait, the option to cancel the item and receive a refund for said item.
